My name is Konstantin Meshcheryakov. I lead AI competency at an IoT company, where I strive to approach Artificial Intelligence pragmatically, focusing on its real-world value rather than the hype. My journey into this field began with a PhD in Physics and Mathematics and led me through system development (C++/Qt), embedded systems, and cloud architecture (AWS) before I fully immersed myself in AI. I’m currently based in Wroclaw.

This blog is where I share my thoughts and observations from the AI trenches: practical use cases, the pitfalls of TinyML, nuances of working with LLMs, and process optimization. Occasionally, you might also find notes here on other tech topics that catch my attention. All of this reflects my personal experience and perspective, seasoned with a touch of irony and a commitment to separating substance from hype.
